Due to an unexpected result from a software upgrade to ILLiad, which is the software that runs our Interlibrary Loan service, users must now change their current ILLiad password (not their library database/library access passwords) in order to access their interlibrary loan accounts.

  • There is no need to create a new ILLiad account.
  • You may choose your own password when resetting your ILLiad account.

USD students, faculty, and staff that use the Wegner ILLiad will need to change their ILLiad password. Wegner partners (USF, SDSU, Mount Marty, Sanford, and the VA Hospital) who have previously established Wegner ILL passwords will need to change their ILL passwords.
